Kyle Vonderhorst was born in Keene, New Hampshire, and grew up on construction sites with his dad's construction and roofing business. Kyle moved to Colorado when he was 19 years old and worked in the landscaping business in the summers and ski shop business in the winters. In 2019, Kyle started his own company, Big K Services, which incorporates and combines his lifelong construction and handyman knowledge with his learned landscaping and irrigation skills from working under Mark Chapdelaine of MC Landscaping in the Roaring Fork Valley in Colorado. 

Kyle lives in Basalt, CO with his wife, Alex, and his two children, Mathias and Vesper. 

In his free time, Kyle loves to snowboard, mountain bike, spend time with his family, and garden in his own back yard.
